Integra Celebrates 30 Years of Growth and Innovation

Integra, a global leader in content services, technology, and digital transformation, proudly commemorates its 30th anniversary this year. The month-long celebrations, filled with vibrant activities, employee recognition, and reflections on the company’s remarkable journey, culminated in the grand event “Connexions 2024” on September 29. The event brought together employees from across Integra’s global offices, highlighting the company’s culture of unity, innovation, and continued commitment to excellence.

Founded in 1994, Integra has evolved from its origins as a desktop publishing provider in Pondicherry, India, into a global organization of over 2300 professionals delivering content services, technology solutions, and AI-driven innovations to publishers worldwide.

Integra’s Connexions 2024 was graced by C.K. Ranganathan popularly known as CKR, Chairman and Managing Director of CavinKare, as the chief guest. In his speech, C.K. Ranganathan lauded Integra’s impressive 30-year journey and emphasized the company’s commitment to excellence, diversity, and social impact. He spotlighted Integra’s eight consecutive years of recognition as one of the Best Companies for Women in India. Ranganathan’s address also covered the rising importance of AI and automation in the industry, stressing the need for upskilling to remain competitive. CKR is also an Independent Director and Chairman of Integra’s Board of Directors.

Sriram Subramanya, Founder, CEO and Managing Director, and Anu Sriram, Co-founder and Joint Managing Director, delivered inspiring speeches reflecting on Integra’s three decades of growth and innovation. Sriram Subramanya remarked, “Reaching the 30-year milestone is a testament to the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients. Our journey has been one of continuous learning, innovation, and growth. We look forward to advancing our legacy by embracing cutting-edge technologies and consistently delivering value to our clients.”

Anu Sriram highlighted Integra’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), stating, “Since 2009, Integra’s DEI programs, including women’s empowerment and disability inclusion, have earned over 20 awards. We are deeply committed to being the preferred employer for women in and around our communities.”

The celebration was enriched by vibrant cultural performances from Integra employees, adding to the festive spirit. A standout moment was the presentation of the Legend Awards, honoring employees who have dedicated 25 years to the company—an acknowledgment of Integra’s strong employee retention and commitment to nurturing its talent.

The festivities concluded with a grand gala dinner, uniting Integra’s workforce. With a firm focus on diversity and talent development, the company continues to groom the next generation of professionals through its Infoteach program, which has been recruiting fresh graduates since 2002.
