Integra Recognised in Four Avtar & Seramount Benchmarking Studies for 2026

Chennai, India- Integra, a leading provider of publishing technology and services, has been recognised in four Avtar & Seramount benchmarking studies for 2026, covering gender inclusion, workplace inclusion, environmental and social governance, and employee wellbeing.

Companies for Women in India (BCWI)

Integra features in the 2026 Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) list and has been inducted into the Best Companies Hall of Honor, which recognises organisations that have appeared among the Best Companies for ten or more years of the study. BCWI was introduced in 2016 and is now in its eleventh edition. This year 387 companies participated and 125 made the Best Companies list.

Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI)

In the Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI) 2026, now in its eighth edition, Integra has been named an Exemplar of Inclusion. The index assesses inclusion across gender, generation, sexual orientation, physical capabilities and regional diversity, measuring the everyday experience of employees rather than representation alone.

Best Company for ESG (BCESG)

Integra has also been named a Best Company for ESG (BCESG) 2026 in the second edition of that study, which recognises organisations demonstrating strong environmental, social and governance practices, including voluntary steps towards transparency ahead of regulatory requirement.

Best Companies for Workplace Wellness (BCWW)

The fourth recognition comes from the inaugural Best Companies for Workplace Wellness (BCWW) list, launched by Avtar this year. It recognises organisations that build employee wellbeing into systems, leadership behaviour and culture rather than offering it as a set of standalone programmes.
