Integra Celebrates 31 Years of Excellence at Connexions 2025 with a Focus on AI and Innovation

Puducherry, September 21, 2025 – Integra, a global leader in content and technology solutions, celebrated its 31st Foundation Day with its flagship event, Connextions 2025, held in Puducherry. This year’s theme, AI and Innovation, highlighted Integra’s transformative journey and its vision for the future. 

The event was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Puducherry, Shri N. Rangaswamy, as the Chief Guest. Anu Sriram, Joint Managing Director of Integra, delivered the welcome address. 

In his keynote address, Sriram Subramanya, Managing Director, reflected on Integra’s remarkable journey from a five-member team in 1994 to a global enterprise with 2,800 employees and seven production centers worldwide. He emphasized Integra’s pioneering investments in artificial intelligence over the past six years, including the establishment of a dedicated AI Center of Excellence and the development of award-winning AI-driven products such as EditorialPilot which was recognized on international platforms. 

Mr. Subramanya also expressed gratitude to employees, customers, and stakeholders, reaffirming Integra’s commitment to sustainability. He reiterated the company’s ambitious goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030, noting that its Pondicherry campus is the first LEED-certified building in Puducherry. Integra’s sustainability initiatives have earned international recognition for sustainability practices, with an award from the Society for Scholarly Publishers, a non-profit organization for the scholarly publication community. 

Speaking at the occasion, the Chief Minister, N. Rangaswamy, applauded Integra’s contribution to employment and innovation, stating, “It makes me proud to see a homegrown company from Pondicherry creating opportunities for thousands while making a global impact.” 

The event also marked a significant milestone with the unveiling of Integra’s updated core values, “The Panchseela,” by Ashutosh Ghildiyal, Vice President of Growth and Strategy. Who added “Integra’s journey has been shaped by our ability to adapt with purpose. Guided by our Panchsheela values, Customer Centricity, Care for All, Innovation, Excellence, and Collaboration, we are committed to shaping the future of publishing with sustainable practices and AI-powered solutions.”   

A highlight of the celebration was the Legendary Award Ceremony, honouring employees who have dedicated over 25 years of service to the organization. 

Connextions 2025 was a testament to Integra’s enduring values of innovation, sustainability, and people-first growth, while reinforcing its vision to lead the industry with AI-driven solutions and global best practices.
