Our Path Forward
Integra’s WINGS (Women at Integra: Growth and Success) initiative, led by our Co-founder Anu Sriram, has been a driving force in fostering inclusion and empowerment since 2008. Through WINGS, we support our female workforce with comprehensive programs in recruitment, career growth, and work-life balance, striving for 70% female representation at entry levels. Our flexible work-from-home policies have contributed to women holding 52.6% of promoted positions, reinforcing our commitment to professional growth and leadership development.
Beyond policies, we actively expand opportunities for diverse talent by recruiting from women’s colleges and rural areas. In 2023 alone, we hired 350 women through campus drives and connected with new talent pools through 18 rural job fairs. WINGS is more than an initiative—it’s a core part of Integra’s mission to create a workplace where every woman feels valued, empowered, and supported to thrive.
At Integra, inclusion and empowerment aren’t just goals—they are woven into everything we do. Our data-driven approach ensures transparency, accountability, and continuous progress through:
- Regular tracking of workforce diversity, retention, and promotion trends.
- Quarterly reviews of inclusion goals by senior leadership.
