Chennai
Integra has been named a finalist for the 2026 EPIC Awards, presented by the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP). WInGS (Women at Integra: Growth and Success) has been nominated for consideration in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, or Accessibility (DEIA) Initiatives category, which celebrates efforts that promote inclusive practices, equitable access, and meaningful representation within scholarly publishing. Programs in this category may include training, policy changes, inclusive outreach, accessibility enhancements, and initiatives supporting historically excluded groups.
WInGS is Integra’s flagship DEIA initiative, designed to create equitable career pathways for women, second-career professionals, early-career talent, and individuals from underserved communities. Through a structured approach that integrates inclusive hiring, targeted outreach, skilling programs, mentorship, leadership development, and life-stage support, the initiative enables individuals to enter, sustain, and grow in knowledge-based roles. The program has delivered measurable outcomes across participation, advancement, and retention, while strengthening workforce diversity at scale.
“Being recognized as an SSP EPIC Award finalist is deeply meaningful for us. What began in 2008 as a small, heartfelt effort to create opportunities for women has grown into WInGS, a commitment we have nurtured over the years with care and conviction. With WInGS 2.0, we are strengthening that commitment, and through WInGSMEN, our men are stepping forward as true allies, making inclusion a shared responsibility. For me, this journey has always been about creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to build a future with dignity.” — Anuradha Sriram, Joint Managing Director, Integra
The EPIC Awards program recognizes and celebrates outstanding teams and individuals across publishing, information technology, and communications for their contributions to scholarly communication through innovation, creativity, and impact. By highlighting excellence across five categories—Tools and Products, Publications, Marketing, Media, and Initiatives—the program sets a benchmark for the industry and encourages continued advancement.
The EPIC Awards Celebration and Dinner will be held on May 28, 2026, during the SSP Annual Meeting in Chula Vista, CA, where finalists will be recognized and winners in each category will be announced. For more information about the awards, please visit SSP’s website.
