Integra Celebrates Campus20: 20 Years of Its Pondicherry Headquarters and the People Behind It

January 30/01/26 – Pondicherry, India — Integra commemorated the 20th anniversary of its Pondicherry headquarters with Campus20, marking two decades since the facility opened in 2006. The event recognized the people and partnerships that have supported the campus over the years and its role in the region. 

Since its establishment, the Pondicherry campus has served as a center for employment and career development for professionals from Puducherry and neighboring towns. For many employees, it represented their first opportunity in the organized sector, laying the foundation for long-term careers. 

The Campus20 celebration brought together employees, along with architects, engineers, and construction partners involved in building the campus. Integra also acknowledged its building management teams, including housekeeping and security staff, for their continued role in maintaining the facility. 

Reflecting on the milestone, Sriram Subramanya, Founder, Managing Director and CEO of Integra, said in a LinkedIn post: 

“Over the years, this campus has been a place where individuals have grown into leaders, teams have come together to solve complex challenges and a strong sense of belonging has taken root. 

For many of our colleagues, including first generation employees from small towns and villages in and around Puducherry, it has been their first opportunity in the organised sector, marking the beginning of meaningful professional journeys and long-term careers. 

By creating employment opportunities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 emerging towns, we have enabled talented graduates and professionals to build fulfilling careers without having to migrate to larger cities, allowing them to stay connected to their families and communities.” 

He further added, “As we mark 20 years of the Puducherry Campus, we celebrate the spirit of the teams who made it possible and look ahead with confidence to the chapters still to be written.” 

Integra’s Pondicherry campus has also received recognition for its environmental standards. It is certified as a Single-Use Plastic Free Campus by the Pondicherry Pollution Control Board and holds LEED Platinum certification under the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). 

Campus20 marked an important milestone in the history of the Pondicherry campus and its contribution to Integra’s operations and the surrounding community over the past two decades.
