We’re proud to announce that EditorialPilot has won the Excellence in Best Industry AI Application Award (2025) from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a national recognition of what our publishing partners already know: this platform is a game changer.

EditorialPilot isn’t just another AI tool, it’s a purpose-built editorial command center that helps publishers spot image manipulation, manage reviewer fatigue, and enforce integrity across every stage of peer review. It adapts to your workflow, scales with your needs, and keeps humans at the helm where it matters most.
At a time when trust, speed, and scale are non-negotiable, this award reinforces our belief that AI should elevate editorial teams, not replace them.

As AI becomes embedded in publishing, a key question remains: How do we balance automation with editorial judgment?
Join Integra and panelists from ACS, Frontiers, Springer Nature, and SAGE for a live discussion on building ethical, scalable editorial workflows, where AI supports, not replaces, human decisions.

At this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair, Integra engaged in deep, future-focused discussions, from the role of AI in scholarly publishing to the evolution of digital learning ecosystems and research integrity frameworks.

These conversations affirmed what drives us at Integra: partnering with publishers to lead through innovation, ethics, and impact.

Ashutosh Ghildiyal, VP of Growth at Integra, delivered a talk titled “Publication Ethics in the Age of AI” as part of the session on Infrastructure and Workflows at the 15th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference on October 10.
Organized and hosted by the Graduate Program in Publishing, College of Professional Studies, George Washington University, the session explored ethics in publishing through a first-principles lens, emphasizing discernment and necessity in AI use. It proposed two guiding principles: use AI only when necessary, and to amplify, not replace, human judgment. The talk highlighted the importance of building ethical infrastructure guided by awareness, restraint, and human oversight for responsible AI-enabled publishing.
